On tap at HyVee Market Grille, Columbia - a New England IPA.
Poured a cloudy orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of orange peel, grapefruit and pine. Sweet fruity flavor with a juicy kick. Light caramel flavors with a piney bitterness.

I am pleasantly surprised that a one-off, Hy-Vee-Market-Grille-draft-only ECIPA from Free State in Lawrence, Kansas, is so decently representative of the style. Free State is on to something here. Just a bit more body in the mouthfeel would put this one near the top of the heap. Please put it in cans or bottles!
