Pours a rather clear dark brown color. There are some ruby hues. It was presented to me with a thin light tan head. Decent retention and some nice lacing.
The aroma is nice. Some fruity esters, and a great maltiness. Most noteable is some caramel and pale wheat malt. Slightly boozy too actually.
Taste is really nice. Some fruit comes through, mostly cherry. This is followed by a big maltiness showing caramel and bread. There is also a slight bitterness, contrasting some of the sweet notes.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and perfectly carbonated.
Drinkability is fairly high. This beer tastes great, feels great, and alcohol is presumeably low. Just an easily consumed dunkelweizen.
