This is another sibling of Duvel. A Belgian pale with just a tad more hops, and is quite nice. A light golden pour with a moderate head, half soapy half dense. Some light, soft fruits come through in the nose. Some apricot, clove and bready yeast. A bit of pine as well.
While this beer is noticeably Belgian pale, it does have a dry feel to it. The apricot, persimmon, and clove teeter off to allow a quick hint of malt, then it dries back out again. Fairly light, rich yeast in the end. Not sure if this would be a spring or summer beer.
