This medium bodied American Pale Ale delivers American hoppy goodness. Chinook, Cascade, Amarillo, and Centennial hops combine to deliver aromas and flavors of pine, citrus, and tropical fruit. A clean malt character, fortified with the silky character of oats, balances the assertive hopping.

On tap at the brewpub in August 2009. Pours a golden-copper color with a moderate white head. The smell is slightly hoppy, but not nearly enough for the style. The biggest problem is the diacetyl presence, which is detectable even in the nose. With a bottled beer, I would think maybe I got a bad bottle; however, I had this at the brewery, so either way no outside forces were affecting this one. The taste was much the same, with weak hops mixed in with the infamous buttered taste. The mouthfeel was fairly smooth with a medium body. The diacetyl completely ruined the drinkability on this one.
