AKA Crispy Rice Salad, Nam Kao is a Laotian dish that incorporates crispy rice, herbs, curry, lime and chilis. This beer takes inspiration from this dish, infusing Boogiedown SuperDry Rice Lager with Mint, Basil, Ginger, Red Curry Paste, Key Lime, & a modest helping of Thai Bird's Eye Chilis. It's a Southeast Asian Garden Party!
The result is complex both on the nose and the palette w/ notes of citrus, ginger, tomato vine, lemongrass and mild chili (think one

See initial review of Boogiedown Super Dry and add a complex spiciness from the chilies, curry, ginger, etc. with a clean, drying, lingering peppery finish. An acquired taste for sure.
