(pronounced Oi-teen-er) This blonde German lager is a collaborative effort between Free State and St. Michaelis Brauhaus in Lawrence’s sister city, Eutin, Germany. It uses the same Weyerman malts from Bamberg, Germany that St. Michaelis uses and the recipe is an interpretation of one provided by Marcus Gutzeit, the brewer in Eutin. Eutiner Lager concentrates on the malt and not the hops, with only a single bittering hop addition. A slightly higher carbonation level provides a nice round mouthfeel to this clean, malty lager.

This crisp, clean, malty lager originated as a collaboration with the St. Michaelis Brauhaus in Eutin, Germany...Lawrence's sister city. Great smell and tastes pretty good. Slight fruit flavor. Very refreshing on a hot day. The German malt is tasty as well.
