16oz can purchased from the fridge as a single for $4.99. Canned on 03/29/24, so this beer is just under six months old.

Look: It's a nitro beer but it doesn't have a widget and it didn't have so much of a cascade. Nevertheless, it poured out pretty dark and with a very frothy, cafe-au-lait colored head. The head dwindled a bit and it's now a bit rockier and crumbly. As I drink the beer more, its color looks more like a dark brown ale than a stout or porter.

Smell: Very nice coffee aroma. It's a bit fruity. Nice roasty aroma with a bit of bitterness. Subtle caramel and toffee notes. Dark chocolate. A bit of biscotti as well. It smells very tasty. For a nitro beer, where the aromas are often subdued, this one smells quite nice.

Taste: The mouthfeel definitely shows that this is a nitro beer. It's very smooth and silky and a bit under-carbonated in the classic nitro sense. The flavors are very nice. Up front, it is a bit sweet, malty, biscuity with nice caramel notes. Nutty also with notes of hazelnut and biscotti. The finish is on the drier side with nice roasted malt notes, dark chocolate, and coffee bitterness that is well-balanced and not overpowering. The finish is a bit chewy and overall the beer has a nice depth and complexity to it. I took this from the cellar and only refrigerated it for a few minutes before cracking it open. I think that this beer can actually benefit from warming slightly so that it has the opportunity to "espress" more of its characteristics. This coffee porter has a great balance between sweetness/maltiness and dryness/bitterness. Very approachable and drinkable. I think that this beer is even enjoyable for people who do not love coffee.

Feel: Silky and smooth. It tastes a bit thin and under-carbonated, which is often the nature of nitro beers.

Overall: It's very much as-advertised. If you're looking for a tasty nitro coffee porter, then this is it. I've had a few beers from Lolev, and they continue to impress me. Keep espressing yo'self!

Pours a muted, muddy-looking dark brown / near-black color. There are some floaters within if you look closely enough. It has a half-finger of creamy-looking, khaki-colored head that leaves sheets of lacing appropriate for a nitro beer.

Definite coffee and chocolate dominate the nose, but again, with the edges rounded off them. There’s maybe a hint of coffee fruitiness behind.

The coffee pops much more in the taste. It starts rich, bold, full-flavored and complemented by a dark, fudgey, chocolate quality that gives the whole thing a delicious dessert-like character. In the finish, it’s replaced by strongly-bitter, acerbic coffee that lingers into the aftertaste when it’s cold, but mellows as it warms.

Smooth, full-bodied feel with very soft carbonation — again on point for a nitro beer.

This one tastes so good up front, but isn’t as good in the aftertaste. Drinking at close to room temperature definitely improves it.

Ah picking this up I thought this was a coffee Stout as a porter it's a bit drier but it does have a really smooth espresso and coffee note. Slightly bitter not too herbal. Overall the pretty tasty Porter give it a try
