Looks unfiltered, hazy. Smooth going down. Great taste. Definitely one of lolev's best and one of the best ipa's i have had this year period.

I've never had to age an IPA to get it to settle down, but this is what we have here with Taupo II NEIPA. The first can I drank was within 10 days of canning. It was so green with incredible hop burn, it was difficult to drink let alone enjoy and form descriptive thoughts. Another 20 days later, I've formed a decent opinion

Pour is admirable, nice foam that settles fairly quickly and does not present much lacing through the experience

Nose has faint tropical scents. Nothing special

Flavors are tropical and fairly plentiful. Hop burn is still present and does its best to drown out most flavors. Still very green at around 34 days. Less than optimal

This NEIPA is too watery

Overall, this beer is just a mess. Seemingly this brewer thinks crushing the consumer with hop pellets is the way to go, but this beer lacks any kind of nuance or feel. Just a watery mess. I know Lolev can do better, I've experienced that. This one is a misfire
