Consumed March 3rd, 2010 at the brewery.
Deathly pale yellow with a hint of a foam head. Very little active carbonation.
Vaguely sweet, lightly grainy aroma.
Flavor is macro lager: slightly sweet, lightly husky, corny, trace of caramel malt, low to no bitterness. On the plus side, no notable flaws.
Dry finish, almost evaporative.
I detest this kind of beer flavored water; while it may be "drinkable" (as in, easy to swallow due to having little flavor), so is tap water.

Sampled Friday (10/2/09)
Pours very clear and very pale yellow. Small white head, little lacing or retention.
Aroma is a touch citrusy but also a bit corn-like.
Flavor is again citrusy. Very grapefruity. Not sure where thats coming from. I dont detect any other hop characteristics. Oh well, it makes the beer much more enjoyable. Medium bitter and pretty dry.
Thin body and drinkable. Hot weather beer probably.
