Mexican Vienna Lager.
Challenge: Create an authentic Vienna Lager brewed by the first German brewers in Mexico City. Research showed that they added some local flavor to their recipes resulting in a beer the locals could call their own. This collaboration of cultures resulted in one of our favorite styles to brew.
