Is this the maximum density of matter in matter? Probably not, but in our opinion it's not far off.
Remember the guy from physics? Don't you have fond memories?
Hadron pizza comes to the rescue. Quite unusual, because it smells of pineapple, mango, passion fruit.
Full, juicy and thick.

Copenhagen 11/5 2021, 50 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. What looks like a package decomposing ream cheese on the can.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as a thin but consistent ayer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet fermented ans slightly boozy odor mingling with lighter citric zest. Fermented pears and passion fruit. Hints of decay. Alcohol. Grapefruity sourness.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Potent and a bit on the boozy and fermented side. But then again - I suppose that it is to be expected with a decomposing cream cheese on the can.
