Copenhagen 9/4 2021. 50 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Flashy can with visualization of an Atom where the nucleus and electrons has been substituted by hop ones of the relevant vareties.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet odor of peach and hints of sweet coconut. Light citric noes of lime and lemon. A bit of alcohol peeking in.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet, peachy undertone. Lingers for a while into a dry finish.
Light, Pina Colada-inspired DIPA with a light boozy touch.
