A: Lightly phenolic of clove and trace of banana. The beer has a light grainy aroma.
A: Golden color, hazy, with a thin amount of head, solid consistency, with a light amount of lacing.
T: Moderate clove flavor with some esters, touch of sweetness, with a light grainy flavor and semi-dry finish.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. However, the beer drinks a bit thin for the style.
O: Alright; the beer is easy enough to drink with a light phenolic aroma and flavor. However, the beer could be much better if the esters were more prominent and balanced with the beer. The beer could also use a bit more body and smoothness.
