Alpha Galactic is a west coast pale ale with a blast of intergalactic flavors and aromas. A base of pilsner malt lays down a delicate foundation for the Australian Galaxy and American Warrior, Amarillo, & Simcoe varities. Dry hopping with Galaxy creates bright aromas of passion fruit, pineapple, and dank resin.

Reading the description of this beer had me really excited to try this pale brew. Sadly it did not reach the mark for me. Aroma: it was there a pop full of citrusy , melon, dankness. Taste: front of the tongue I'm tasting lemon zest, slight pineapple but immediately it falls flat. It loses something, just pick up unpleasant bitterness, the body of the beer is to light and watery. I now it's a pale ale.release but I definitely had some with more depth than this. I thick the pilsner malt does a disservice. I think they can tweeker the recipe a little and get something out of this.
