On cask @ Beachwood LB's 3rd Anniversary event.
A: Pours a slightly hazed orange with a 1/2-inch thick white head with splotches of lace.
N: Herbal, spicy hop burn, catty, oniony.
T: Follows nose with a solid malt backing for balance.
M: Moderate body and carbonation. Finishes dry and herbal.
O: For me, the best of the 3 versions. Just go crazy for that Simcoe.
