Served on cask at Cask Days 2014 in Toronto
Pours a hazed honey colour, bubbly cask head no lace. Smell is incredibly hoppy, lots of citrus fruit with grapefruit being at the forefront, a strong hop pellet like aroma is front and centre with just a touch of buttery malt. Taste is hoppy, raw hop/hop pellet, quite bitter citrus, grapefruit and orange with a lean malt bill in the background. Light cask carbonation, medium body. A solid IPA that I am sure is even better on tap, not typically a fan of cask IPA but this is among one of the better cask offerings for the style.
