Decent black IPA, but nothing really stood out on the nose which is indicative of the taste as well. It is smooth drinking and has a somewhat low bitterness...just not one I would seek out in the future.

I tried the Hoppa Emeritus at the brewery. It poured an opaque black with off white head. The scent had bitterness of pine and citrus with slight roast. The taste was not evenly balanced and was bitter through the drink. The Mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it's ok.
