On tap at the source in LB. Tasted side by side with the variant Elida. Pours black with a 1/2-inch thick dark mocha head which fades slowly to a thin cap and yields spotty lace. Aroma is earthy, roasty, fruity, sweetness with some mild vanilla. Flavors follow the nose with cacao and faint cinnamon. Espresso is smooth, clean and delicate. Full body and moderate carbonation. Rich roasty, and deeply layered. Very enjoyable.
