2021 - Brewed with water, barley, hops, yeast and utter contempt for 2020!
Hopped with Mosaic, Citra, Ekuanot and Simcoe.

Clear gold, with a light syrupy haze, and two fat fingers of yellowed head. Moderate retention and spotty soap-suds lacing.
Earthy orange, pine, grapefruit and weed in the nose. Relatively muted.
Same deal in the taste: candied orange, earthiness, a little pine, some toast. Light bitterness in the finish.
Light to medium bodied with zippy carbonation.
Reminds me a bit of Zombie Dust. Very drinkable, with a nice, older-school profile.
