Clear golden amber brew with sticky foam in the Bellegems glass. Lovely honeydew melon aroma. This is pleasant and resiny, but fruity as well. An interesting mix of flavors that ends in a moderate bitter aftertaste. I've had many other beers with NZ hops with this melon or even honeydew flavor. This one starts out with the melon and a touch of sweetness but finishes a more flat taste with a mineral finish. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea's Brewing. Canned on 10/11/24 so it's quite fresh.
