Clear amber brew with sticky foam in the Blanche de Chambly glass. Aromatic with fruit and citrus peel. Spritzy and tangy on the tongue. Just a slight malty sweetness to highlight the pineapple and orange peel. Clean and resiny taste. Tends toward the dank and piney after some sipping. Boldly hopped but not overly bitter. This is a classic American IPA, though on the fruity side, which seems to work well here. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 01/27/25.
