7/2/25 - (Draft - 595 Craft and Kitchen) (Las Vegas, Nevada) Bar Notes: $9.53 with tax HH special, 16 oz draft pour, 8.5% ABV. West Coast Double IPA.
Appearance: Clear golden tan base, light sustained carbonation, creamy egg white head leaves minimal spotty lacing and a razor thin daisy cutter spread over about 50% the base and solid cream ring around the rim. 4.0
Aroma: Pine, and citrus. Medium strength, enjoying what I can gather. 3.5
Taste: Consistent with aroma, and broader with white wine, tangerine and melon backing the citrus lead and pine in second. All blend well, somewhat intense, dry enjoyable. 4.5
Mouthfeel: Slightly fizzy carbonation, drinks above the 8.5%. Sticky medium to full body, sweet flavors balanced with the strong hoppy bitterness, near strong dryness, great for those like me who appreciate this mouthfeel profile. Citrus bitter finish. 4.5
Overall: This is a solid pour, like riding an intense roller coaster. All the features I love about Beachwood and WCIPAs. Keep’em coming Beachwood, and nice first beer christening at this solid Vegas craft beer bar. 4.25
