Pours a beautiful yellow with a large fluffy eggshell colored head. Smell and taste is of Belgian yeast and spiciness, floral hops, sweet fruitiness (apricot, banana, white wine grapes). An amazingly refreshing ale by Beachwood.

On-tap at Beachwood Brewing
The beer is a slightly haze golden color with a tall white head. Nice fruity nose along with a string malt character. Surprisingly tropical, lots of banana, and a nice touch of citrus. Heavy on the bready malt and a bit of biscuit and sugar. The flavor is quite sweet, lots of sugar and sweet bread. Mild banana along with lots of pear, apple, and a hint of mango. Subtle floral hops on the finish with mild alcohol warmth as the beer sits. Dangerously easy to drink for 9%.

Crazy rich, it's like a malt candy bar. The tartness, however, gives it a great balance. Big fruity taste and a splash of buttered popcorn.
Golden color in the small snifter. Modest head but lots and lots of prickly carbonation. Tangy fruit with some funky barrel flavor. Orange blossoms, pineapple juice, and some butterscotch.
Thoroughly interesting and very sippable brew. The Belgian flavors are full and sharp. Surprisingly slow going to drink a 0.25 litre glass, but it's a very rewarding complex brew. On tap at the Blind Lady in San Diego.
