Love the beer, no off flavors noted. Definitely on my buy list. Love the honey malt adding sweetness and mouthfeel to the beer. Like the clear look and clean taste, but would like to see a darker straw hue. I got it on draught with no issues according to the bartender. A definite go to IPA.

Poured from a 16oz can into a Waterford IPA glass. Pours a somewhat cloudy (more unfiltered looking) lighter burnt orange with a frothy and soapy white foam head. Citrus, pine and orange marmalade on the nose. Taste follows. Incredibly well balanced. Bitter and piney with just enough citrus on the finish to keep it from being a straight palate killer. Full mouthfeel with a semi-dry finish. Incredible IPA. Outstanding flavors and aroma. Kind of a new school west coast IPA.

Honey gold/ochre yellow w/ a half-finger of bone-white head. Aromas of blueberry, citrus, pineapple rock-candy, & resin. Taste follows w/ additional hints of kumquat, honey, and granadilla. It washes over the tongue w/ waves of prickly bitterness & bring me back for more gummy bears. Love it.

Picked up a four pack of pint cans. Date on can: 03/08/24 -- I prefer to drink IPAs within three months of the canning date, so we'll see if that impacts anything.

Pours a crystal clear golden color with a finger thick foamy white head on top that dissipates fairly quickly to a thin layer of lacing on top that clings to the side of the glass as you drink. Carbonation looks a bit below average with some sporadic bubbles rising up. Classic look for the style, could do with a bit more head retention.

Very aromatic right off the pour. Very fruit forward and complex with blueberry, tropical and citrus fruit and a healthy amount of dank pine in the background. Not much going on in the way of malts. Maybe I'll get a bit more as it warms. Still smells pretty fresh. EDIT: a lot more guava and mango as it warms, as well as some cereal grain maltiness.

Taste follows the nose pretty well. Bitter all the way through with grapefruit pith, some pine resin and a splash of berry. The malts provide some substance but are hardly discernable on the palate, yet it still feels somewhat balanced. The bitterness persists after the swallow with lingering grapefruit pith and pine on the tongue.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied with zesty carbonation. There's a little creaminess here, but it feels a bit thin, which is surprising for the ABV. That said, it's very drinkable and quite refreshing. Almost too drinkable for the ABV.

Hmm. I'm on my third can of this of the four pack, and for some reason this one hit a bit differently. The other ones I had after eating pizza, so maybe that has something to do with it. In any case, this one felt a bit more thin and a bit more bitter. In any case, this is a very solid and classic West Coast IPA. It's on point quality wise with some of the best in the style; I'm thinking Pliny and Lunch. Would be happy to snag this one again, hopefully a fresher can next time. Cheers!

On tap, poured without much of a head, a light gold color. Notes: citrus, dank. Feel; bit of a dry mouth, certainly a buzz.

Little bit of chill haze appearance, nice white head. Smells very hop fruity and juicy. Blueberry too which is nice. Taste is thirst quenching, nice and dry aftertaste. Checks all the notes for a great west coast IPA. I can not think of a better Mosaic ipa. Very layered and cohesive beer. Would take this over Pliny, which is saying something. Not cloying at all . Oily orange screams Mosaic. What an outstanding west coast IPA beer!

Deep gold pour; excellent clarity; tight white head with rocks; one finger of white foam; solid ring; some soapy lace. Passion fruit, guava nose; slightly dank as beer warmed. Taste follows nose; mild bitter hops, firm malt base. Medium light body, moderate minus carbonation; no astringency. Overall a tasty ipa, clean crisp poundable; good tropical flavors; mild bitter linger; would definitely drink again.
