Split a bottle Christmas night.
Dark brownish black body. Small light tan head shrinks to a ring, no lacing.
Aroma of the barrel and some dark fruit.
Taste follows the nose, barrel more pronounced than the abv would suggest. Dark fruit notes.
Mouth just above medium, finish a light feeling booziness.
Overall, stronger use of the barrel than my taste buds would prefer. Surprised they were able to keep it at 7.2.
