This unusual brew is an orange amber color with a medium, big bubble, white head and fair lacing. I detect an herbal malt aroma with mango fruit overtone, very interesting. It feels fairly aqueous and a bit tangy with dry citrus hops, a bitter backend and cracker throughout. Drinkability is good, well carbonated. Oddly complex but hard to put a finger on, but enjoyable for sure. Everyone seemed to like it that day.

Strange thing about this is that the name states IPA, but at the Chelsea Cask Festival, it clearly states that it is an English Bitter.
Pours a murky orange hued brown. No head. Nose is mild with a very slightly roasted tone. Flavor is interesting. I'm getting spices. And they keep coming and coming. Pepper. Clove. Probably a ton of other things I just don't know about as far as spices go. Nice earthy and woody tones. Smooth feel with a low but slightly noticeable carbonation. Damn this is pretty interesting. It struck me as odd that several people didn't care for this beer at the Chelsea Cask Festival. From my point of view, this is definitely worth trying. Just expect an unusual flavor ride.
