Boho Brewing

Ground level retail location under residential multi story construction. Adjoins a whiskey bar and pub. Pastel and taupe painted walls with an open ceiling and a polished concrete floor. Some old-time portraits hung on the walls, which look to be Euro Bohemian. One glass wall overlooks the common courtyard and patio. Shared parking lot on the opposite side. Curved bar with ordering station. Other seating at high top tables, low tables, picnic tables, and a sofa and comfy cushioned chairs. View of brewing equipment on one side as one enters. Ten or so taps with Euro lagers and ales as well as a couple of IPAs. Staff is friendly and informative. Offers canned beer to go. New development that offers games and brews for the local residents.

Vibe: pretty sterile as it's located within new construction (one of those apartment buildings with retail / restaurants on the first floor.) They make the best of it with a neat bar area and a great patio. Part of what makes the patio great is the number of yard games to play, which is largely made possible with the expansion courtyard for the apartment complex. During some nights, there is even live music out here.

Quality: well kept, clean, and good offerings.

Service: the owner / brewmaster of Boho Brewing is very personable, and is happy to discuss beer, both in terms of brewing and making educated suggestions on what someone may like.

Selection: a few various Czech lagers on draft at any time is ideal, and Boho checks this box. Pretty good array of styles without being IPA dominate.
