Poured from a pint can into a flute style glass. The body of the beer was apricot in color, hazy and opaque. A nice 3 finger white head topped the beer, with generous lacing. The aroma had the familiar tang of citrusy hops. The first sip revealed the balance between citrus and bitter flavors of the locally grown New England Magnum and Pepite hops. The NYS flaked oats added a bit of heft and haze. Full mouth feel, with a clean aftertaste on the tongue. This is my first beer from this brewer, and it certainly won't be my last!
