On tap at Los Altos Grill, served in a shaker pint glass. Pale, clear amber gold with a lush head of rocky white foam and streaky lace. Aromas of citrus, pine and a hint of malty bread. Classic IPA palate with good balance of piney, grapefruit citrus hops, just a kiss of caramel malt, and a clean bitter close. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Nicely balanced and drinkable.
