This 10-month Foeder aged Brett beer is a delicious rendition of a brettanomyces sour. Our first in an ongoing Foeder sour series has a golden/straw color, notes of tropical fruits, pleasant hint of funk, and finishes with an inviting oak character. Will keep you in your seat as it morphs with every sip while it warms.
