A beer for celebration. We didn't plan it this way but we are so excited to open in October so we could launch with this beer. This beer focuses on malt that tastes of bread crust, crackers and toast. Meant to be refreshing and drinkable. A great segue to the darker stronger beers of winter.

on draft at the Human Robot Oktoberfest event. Poured into half liter stein
amber in color, cream colored head. aroma of toasted malt. taste is well balanced, good depth to the malt flavor, but not sweet and easy drinking. medium bodied.
