A cloudy and hazy yellow this beer with a generous head that is light tan in color and after decomposition a fine satiny sheet of lace is left to cover the glass. Nose has an interesting green apple like aroma, with the malt sweet and inviting underlying this tartness, crisp and clean a real treat, start is also sweet and just a tad sour, top is medium in its body. Finish is pleasant in its acidity, the hops are persistent in their spiciness, quite dry and a interesting change of pace to be sure, a rarity around here, but every once in awhile these types of beer appear.
