Malt - 97% Balder Pilsner, 3% melanoidin
Hops - German Cascade & Mandarina Bavaria
Yeast - Einstein
Hugin & Munin is our unfiltered lager beer brewed using heirloom Balder malt from Warbro Kvarn.
Pale golden colour with a touch of malt sweetness that balances well with the floral, citrus and bitter tones from the hops.
Great to drink by itself or with most foods - schnitzel,
seafood and spicy foods.

Pours a fairly clear yellow with thick, soapy head.
Smell is crackery and crisp with some fruity hints. Notes of citrus, peach and some rye.
Taste is crackery and crisp. Notes of citrus and rye with some spicy and slihjtly soapy hints. Clean and easy to drink with a moderate bitterness.
