Oden is the important god of wisdom, power and war. Sitting on his throne in Valhalla, he wants to know everything and gain knowledge of all things hidden from him. He gave up one of his eyes in the pursuit of wisdom. His ravens, Hugin & Munin, fly all over Midgård collecting information for him.
This pale golden coloured lager has a touch of malt sweetness that balances well with the floral, citrus and bitter tones from the hops.
Great to drink by itself or with most foods - seafood, schnitzel and spicy foods.

Pours a clear pale yellow with fluffy, soapy head.
Smell is crackery and floral with notes of citrus and grass. Clean and crisp.
Taste is clean, crisp and a bit peppery with solid bitterness. Notes of crackers, grass, citrus and some rye.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice Helles with some bite.
