They call it a modern west coast ipa. I don’t know what that means but the soul of a west cost is present and assertive. Beautiful clear gold, bright fruit buffet dancing on the knife edge of sweet and bitter, endless head retention, and the mouthfeel is creamy and slightly drying, asking for another sip. Didn’t have any expectations coming into this place in what is a no man’s land in the desert near Denver Airport, but I’m very pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the quality of beer they put out.
