Freestanding commercial building a bit east of downtown. L-shaped bar opposite the entrance along the back wall seats about a 10 with some tables about the room and on the patio along the south side of the building. A dozen house beers on tap, 5 guest offerings. Personable bartender.

Came out here for the Tampa Bay Empanada Festival hosted by the brewery. The turnout was amazing, but resulted in more business than I think the location could realistically handle. The parking lot (and every street surrounding the brewery) was full and the parking attendants were overwhelmed. There were more than half a dozen food trucks, each with lines that took 30+ minutes to get through - except for the one vendor that sold out in the first hour.

The brewery was similarly busy, but the beer was decent. Wish we had been able to try more, but they had a limited selection (maybe 6 beers?) and we weren't willing to wait through the line they had established a second time. The bar itself was large enough that distributing the crowd to the sides may have helped a bit and I'm hopeful the limited selection was also intended to be a form of crowd control, as the menu on their site was 3x larger.

In general, I didn't knock points from my score for anything but the lack of variety - events cause stress on any business that you wouldn't experience on a normal day. Hoping they find a bigger space to host in if they do this again next year and will likely be back on a non-event day sometime soon.

Went during opening weekend so a little hard to rate as the place was packed both inside and outside, but seemed laid back and not too rowdy even with good-sized crowd. Service was quick despite crowd size, and the layout is a little confining inside but the outside area was nice and spacious (and crowded on day I went). Had a few styles represented on opening weekend and the IPA I tried was really good, so will be coming back here when place settles in.
