The first in our Three Sisters series of imperial IPA's, Mintaka is named for one of three stars in Orion's Belt. Triple dry-hopped with Citra hops, this beer is delightfully sweet with notes of tangerine and stone fruit.

Taster at brewery. medium, clear amber pour, small bubbly head. Malty aroma, caramel, hoppy. Taste is malty, woody, piney with a slightly sticky feel.
