On tap at Puerto Juarez Brewery in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like floral and grassy hops, biscuity/crackery malt, minerals, and grapefruit.
This was probably the best beer from Puerto Juarez that I tried on my trip to Mexico. It’s well balanced, clean, with a nice light hop character, some crackery and pleasant malt character, with everything in nice proportion.
This is light bodied, clean, and crisp, with a good drinkability.
This was very enjoyable stuff, an impressive little hoppy lager for sure.
