this spot in park city is killing it, super humble space and people, serious and immediately relevant beer, very diverse menu, killer overall quality, and its no surprise there is some real buzz about this place, one of my favorite brewery visits in some time. its outside of the downtown strip, its back in like a more industrial park, just a little corner space totally unassuming from the outside, didnt know what to expect pulling up. its tiny inside too, and it filled up fast just after they opened, just a few seat bar, a couple of communal tables and other seating in a really tight spot, relaxed even when busy, but i think i heard they are getting set to move, and i can right away see the potential need for a bigger taproom space, but they have done a lot with what they have here, its cool, hip without trying to hard, and entirely beer focused, which is the point. looks like just a tiny little system in the back, hard working brew house here to be sure! the beer menu is inspired and inspiring, with a great mix of draft and package offerings available, a couple of side pull faucets, a bunch of lagers, modern ipa types, and some less common stuff like a barrel aged doppelbock, an aussie ale, a kettle sour, and a single hop pils, real nice range and the quality of the stuff we dipped into was fire. i loved the divi hazy ipa, the mt hood pils, and a czech dark lager, but everything we tasted from them both here and in other bars was fire, love the detailed explanations on the printed beer list too, not enough breweries talk about ingredients and inspiration, so i appreciated that. no food here, but a rad little tinned fish menu, and its cool you can do it low brow or high brow, i think that speaks to the beer well too, we had some sardines and they hit with the lagers. great way to check the food box here. i loved the service, friendly and attentive and without arrogance despite the elite beer, and overall i reckon these guys are doing more within the 5% abv draft limitation than just about anyone in the state. cannot say enough about our time here and the beers, excited for their next step, but this is a brewery to watch for sure, not to be missed if you are anywhere near here...
