From a growler, filled 3 hrs ago.
Moderately hazy gold, with 1/2 finger of ivory head.
Smells of pineapple, coconut, slight cream (not sure if any lactose) , and a vague citrus aroma. Smells good, but somewhat faint.
Taste is mostly grapefruit and pineapple. Slight lemon rind & grapefruit pith at finish, and lingering beyond. Moderate bitterness.
Feel is lightly juicy , with moderate, very fine, sharp carbonation bite. Slight drying effect at finish.
Overall, pretty good. Probably would enjoy it more on a hot day. Would be good with spicy food.
