This is a malt-forward beer featuring honey, belgian candi sugar and ginger to bring all the flavors of the holiday season into the glass. A step mash lends warm spice to the flavor profile while a healthy addition of Sabro dry hops rounds out the experience, contributing notes of bitter orange and pine. Toast the season with a glass of liquid Christmas!

Such a nice surprise, an excellent Christmas beer. Very clear, deep red copper, with a modest finger of foam. Taste is a well balanced blend of spicy, orange, and piney notes, not overly sweet. Feel hits the right balance of heft and moderate carbonation. Overall, this is one of the best Christmas beers I've had.

Wonderful Christmas ale full of honey and ginger flavors (but not too overpowering). It's like Christmas in a glass!
