The first Fresh Hop beer that we have released, Dougie Fresh starts with 100% local malt from Carolina Malt House and is heavily-hopped with Amarillo fresh hops in the whirlpool. It is then dry-hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, and more Amarillo.
