L-pours a amber body with a decent one finger head that is pretty fizzy but soon dissipates to a thin lace. Nice bubbly, carbonation.
S-sweet roasted malt, buttery caramel, apple, vanilla.
T-Sweet malty presence, some nice stone fruit notes (nothing specifically noted, but a sweet fruitiness is there like date), roasted note at the end.
F-medium bodied with slight carbonation.
O-A very solid marzen that hits all of the right notes. If I could critique it on anything, I’d prefer it to be a bit more crisp. Other than that, a solid to the numbers marzen.
