From the Carwyn Cellars "One" subscription pack December 2022. Drunk in August 2023.
This one was drunk over dinner with family, so my notes are perfunctory at best.
L: Very slightly hazy, golden yellow. Thin rim of head. A small amount of carbonation.
S: Utterly neutral. Honestly couldn't smell anything.
T: Moderately yet pleasantly bitter with a clean, crisp and sweet malt base. Very nice.
M: Medium mouthfeel, nicely carbonated.
O: A very nice, bitter pilsner.
