A simple beer that hits all of the flavor notes. Very traditional. Notes of biscuit, toffee, and caramel. Hopped with East Kent Goldings.
Brewed with Maris, Otter, Crystal, and Chocolate malts.

16oz undated can poured I to a pint glass shows a clear reddish bronze body briefly floating a 1/8" cap of off white foam that falls to a wispy random island and edge ring.
Caramel aroma with slight toast leads to a matched flavor, and lots of it. I can even imagine a hint of smoke.
Mouthfeel is appropriately lighter leaning with just enough substance.
Overall a very nice dark mild, and there aren't enough of them.
