Look of a good refreshing Ale. Not much can be distinguished by the smell, very faint fruity scent. Taste is a little underwhelming, and while I appreciate that it is distinct from the Carlow Brewing Company's staple IPA, "O'Hara's Irish Pale Ale", this one leaves alot to be desired. There's nothing really there except for a slight bit of bread, and a moderately hoppy bitter aftertaste. Overall good, but not up to scratch with the rest of the O'Hara's ale line.

A single hop IPA (Sorachi Ace) Good to see O'Haras adding a variety to their range. 500ml bottle. I hope the Irish brewers stick to this and don't go small. I really enjoyed this. The rating is high but I do give high ratings to beers that I like. BTW should have been catagorised as an American IPA.

Intriguing offering from a solid Irish brewer, and very well priced. However I'm sorry to say for me this one was a miss due to a taste I can only describe as thin and "off".
