Not going to give a detailed review as I drank this Christmas eve with family and friends. Mine went down the sink along with my daughters and her boyfriends'. The malt base just didn't support the spice and it was a one note disaster. Overall enjoyed the pack but would have rather it ended on a stronger beer, perhaps the Belgian IPA

330 ml bottle from Aldi with a 28 August 2021 BB date stamp on the neck, served in a lager glass.
Pours with a clear amber body with a good white head that leaves some lacing on the glass.
This is somewhat heavily spiced with both the aroma and the flavor dominated by the family of spices that includes clove, allspice and nutmeg. This works better in the aroma than in the flavor where I think the malts and hops should not be essentially masked by spices.

From the bottle contained in the 2020 Aldi Beer Advent Calendar, it pours a clear golden color with a modest white head that reduces quickly and leaves a bit of lacing. In the nose, it has a bit of hops. In the mouth, it is a little spicy from the hops and follows with some nice malt.
