On tap at the Porterhouse Independent Beer Festival.
Pours with classic nitro black body and a tawny collar a couple of shades darker than usual. Roasty nose with big dark honey sweetness and a bit of smoke. Caramel popcorn and creme brulee malts followed by unexpectedly mild bark and spice hops. Dark chocolate hit in the end, dry linger. Chewy, medium, and soft.
A tasty, sweet take on Irish stout.
