Drying pear fruitiness with a soft peppery hop foundation. Notes of citrus with a touch of honey bread. Appears sweet at first, drying up on the back end.

Taster flight at the Beer Farm. Clear golden pour, wispy head, tight ring. Aroma is a blend of the chocolate and cinnamon, nicely balanced. Taste becomes a bit spicy, the cinnamon and cayenne popping out. Spiciness lingers.
