Copenhagen 19/8 2023. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Industrivej, Løkken. Brown label with a drawing of an old sailor and a windy sea in a tattoo-like rendering. Apparently from Too Old to Die Young facilities in Løkken.
Pours clear golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as 0,1 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet and lightly fermented Stone fruit mingling with citrus fruit. Dry vibe. Mango and turpentine. Grapefruit and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a rather strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a citric touch. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Dry and refreshing at the same time.
